Weight Off

Problem

 People affected by trauma don’t know about possibilities to release their suffering or are afraid of being stigmatised

Our approach

An online platform connecting victims of trauma with the knowledge about their state and showing ways to normality. A first step on their way back to happiness starting from their safe space. Project was financed by a crowdfunding campaign „Weight Off” organised during Krakow Marathon [picture].

Release Emotions!

Problem:

 Emotional Intelligence, a XXI century skill vital for healthy relationships is not addressed by curriculum in primary schools in Poland.

Our approach

 Together with a group of pedagogists and psychologists we have developed a full programme for teaching emotional intelligence in primary schools. Over 300 children have already passed it. Moreover, thousands of adults have attended our events and presentations bringing the topic of emotions closer.

Nine2Five

Problem:

Lack of available guidance and counseling on career and education.

Our approach:

 A platform offering variety of different services adjusted to stakeholders needs: articles, eLearning videos, online coaching, interviews with different professions, events for life counceling, hotline, national radio auditions [picture] and many other.

Trainers’ Forum

Problem:

Lack of available 2nd level education for trainers, facilitators and adult educators in Europe.

Our approach:

 Establishing a holocratic for purpose entreprise aiming to fill in this gap in education, learning from each other and developin new projects aiming to increase the quality of training in Europe. So far over 600 trainers joined the initiative.

CKM for Kids

Problem:

Lack of basic equipment, like desks, computers, cooking and cleaning appliances in orphanages.

Our approach:

 A crowdfunding campaign during an Eurotrip in an old polish car, performing tasks of our donors. The campaign collected funds to make an orphanage a place for kids to feel more like home.

Little Footprints Malaysia

Problem:

Children from excluded minority of Batek in Malaysia are not allowed to attend schools. This brings illiteracy and further major social problems.

Our approach:

 A crowdfunding campaign on Patronite aiming to raise funds to finance a private teacher for Batek children.

NGO Health Project

Problem:

Polish NGOs lack basic skills in project management and therefore are not working up to their potential.

Our approach:

 A trip through Poland, delivering workshops on the topics of fundraising, project management, public relations and Human Resources Management. Over 100 NGOs have used the programme.
